1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final sale or clearance products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@surffclubstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if eligible.

4. Refund Process

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
